Young people's experience of help for suicide.

Suicide is preventable, but we need to know more about what works.

So, we're asking young people who have been suicidal to tell us what they found helped them get through their experience. The information will help us understand the best ways to provide support.  We'll also share what we learn on our website.

The survey is completely anonymous - we don't ask your name.  You can skip any questions you don't want to answer and stop whenever you want.  It will probably take about 10 minutes.

For some people, doing the survey might bring up some difficult thoughts and feelings. If you start to feel distressed while doing the survey, take a break. You can also talk to someone by calling:
